A man accused of killing another man in a Walmart parking lot in Midland may soon be sent to trial.
Jason Heffernan of London was arrested in July after 29-year-old Corby Stott died from injuries when he was hit by a vehicle in the parking lot.
The 25-year-old Heffernan faces a charge of second degree murder in relation to the incident.
He will appear in court in Barrie on December 1st and is expected to have his trial date set.
