Huntsville is looking at a rezoning application for the Muskoka Landing long-term care home today. The town’s planning committee will look at the report in their meeting today, which is asking for permission to expand.
If approved, that expansion would see over 100 new units, more parking, and townhouses. However, that building would be 18 metres high, exceeding the current bylaw of 11 metres, which is not sitting well with everyone.
The meeting to look at the report kicks off at 9:30am this morning.
