Snowmobile clubs in District 10 band together to offer better trails

A group of snowmobile clubs are coming together in the Parry Sound Muskoka region to offer a better snowmobile experience in the area.
Following a meeting on November 2nd, clubs under District 10 of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs, Parry Sound Snowmobile District and local grooming operations and independent clubs made the decision to band together as one district.
Newly elected President of the joint venture David Matson says this will break down the grooming borders set up by individual clubs.
He says this will help the unified clubs create goals together and provide some of the best snowmobile trails in the province.
The group is now in discussions to enter talks into another merger with Muskoka District 7 clubs to create one of 12 districts in the province.
The merger is comprised of members from Carling Trail Blazers SC, Cramadog Snowmobile Corp., DunAhmic Snow Riders, Magnetawan Ridge Runners SC, North East Georgian Bay Snowmobile Club, Six Star North Riders, South Seguin Snowmobile Club and West Muskoka Trail Riders.
