Our local school board is encouraging students who have a passion for Canada to help shape the country’s future.
The Trillium Lakelands District School Board says kids between the ages of 14 and 19 can take the 150 & Me challenge. Experiences Canada is having a contest which will allow winners to travel across the country and meet other young Canadians to work together and create your own country of the future.
TLDSB says students need to answer the question: What is Canada’s greatest challenge or opportunity facing your generation? Your answer to this question could be about saving the environment, or tackling tough subjects like human rights.
