Customer and employee financial information stolen in cyberattack on Casino Rama Resort
Police are investigating after a casino just outside Muskoka was involved in a cyberattack.
On November 4th, Casino Rama Resort officials say they became aware of the attack.
According to details, sensitive customer and employee information was stolen.
Officials at the resort believe they are no longer under the threat of information being stolen.
However, they say customers should be checking in with banking information, credit cards and other finances.
Customers are also warned some of the stolen information could be published on the web.
There are no details on how long this cyberattack went on for.
