Human performance specialist to talk to students about health and wellness at BMLSS

Students, teachers and parents at Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School are being offered an opportunity to learn about improving health and wellness.
On November 17th, the school will be welcoming guest speaker Doctor Greg Wells to speak to students and parents.
Wells will be offering daily tips on how to improve health, fitness and performance.
He is an assistant professor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and works as a scientist in experimental medicine at the Hospital for Sick Kids as well.
According to officials, Wells has dedicated his life to understanding human performance and how the body responds to extreme conditions.
On top of the student and parent presentation, Wells will also be offering a presentation to the school staff on November 18th.
Parents are invited to attend for free, you just need to have your child pick up tickets for you.
Principal Trent Willet says tickets will be offered to the rest of the community after November 11th and may go fast.
