A Wasaga Beach man is in hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Port Perry.
On Saturday, Almaguin Highlands OPP were called to the collision on Savage Settlement Road, where the 27-year-old had struck a tree with the ATV.
Officials say the cause is being investigated, but it is believed that alcohol was a factor in the crash.
Police say safety is extremely important when riding and ATV and you should always wear a helmet and proper clothing.
