The Huntsville Hospital Foundation has received a major donation for it’s Chemotherapy Clinic upgrade.
TD Bank Group has made a $50,000 donation to the foundation through the Business Cares program.
The donation comes as the hospital is just finalizing upgrades to the chemotherapy preparation area.
Foundation Executive Director Katherine Craine says TD went above and beyond to meet the need for this upgrade.
The expansion is to help the clinic meet best practice and safety standards and to improve staff and patient safety.
The clinic supports chemotherapy patients from all over Muskoka and East Parry Sound.
