Students from Gravenhurst High School have just finished up a special training forum in Longford Mills.
Over the last three days, these four kids joined groups of students from across the province for the Students As Researchers leadership program.
Executive Director of the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre Jason Young says students are selected by their teachers to attend this forum.
Students were given the opportunity to shape the school curriculum by researching ways to make a difference in their own community.
Young says that information will be collected by the Ministry of Education and be used in future planning opportunities with the curriculum.
