Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare wants to hear from the perspective of patients and their families.
The organization is putting out the call to bring in 10 volunteers to serve on the Patient and Family Advisory Committee.
This would be an even split of volunteers from both North and South Muskoka.
The committee would be involved in shaping and improving the patient experience.
Chief Quality and Nursing Executive Karen Fleming says the best way to improve these services is by seeing them through the eyes of the people using them.
She hopes to bring in attention from those who have had their own experience with service at either of the hospitals in Muskoka.
