The Trillium Lakelands District School Board has a different focus since the EQAO results.
Superintendent Andrea Gillespie says this is the first time all results in primary and junior reading, writing and math went down.
Gillespie says the board is taking this very seriously, and is having conversations with schools.
She says a newly implemented action plan will focus on monitoring results by system and school administrators.
Gillespie says TLDSB plans to adjust teaching practices to address students who are not reaching target.
