Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare has inducted three new directors to the board following a recruitment campaign.
Rhonda Lawson, Michael Walters and Moreen Miller were appointed to the board earlier this month.
Lawson has been a board member previously on for-profit and not-for-profit corporations.
Walters has background experience in mental health and is the Executive Director for the Georgian Bay Treatment Centre.
Miller is the President of Fowler Construction and has experience serving on advisory boards for mining and aggregate.
MAHC has also selected members of the public Linda Walsh and Adam Hutton to be on standing board committees.
Board Chair Evelyn Brown says this group of volunteers brings a diversity of skills to the board and committees.
MAHC board plays an instrumental role in the oversight of delivery of healthcare in Muskoka.
