Not a lot of detail reveled in the Liberal’s Throne Speech at Queen’s Park.

Yesterday, Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP Norm Miller said the Liberals mentioned things like healthcare, education, and infrastructure, but didn’t provide much detail on how they will be addressing those issues.

Miller says the Liberals did address rising hydro costs as a hot button issue as they saw in the recent Scarborough-Rouge River by-election where they lost a seat to the Progressive Conservatives.

He says they announced today that starting January 1st, the provincial portion of the HST will be removed from hydro bills which is something the PCs have been asking for.
