Bell Let's Talk Day offers support for mental health awareness
Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day, a campaign to raise awareness and end the stigma around mental illness. National spokesperson and former Canada AM Co-host Seamus says about one in five Canadians experiences some form of mental illness and two in three people suffer in silence.
The main focus this year is on workplace mental illness.
Since 2010, the campaign has raised over $62-million, all of which went to mental health organizations across Canada.
Bell will donate 5 cents for every text message or call. If you’re not a Bell customer, you can easily tweet, using #BellLetsTalk, follow @Bell_LetsTalk or Facebook share a Bell Let’s Talk Day image.
