Thousands of dollars have been raised for the Huntsville Hospital Foundation through the Tragically Hip’s final show.
On Saturday, the Hip’s final show in Kingston was broadcast at the Bandshell in River Mill Park. Officials say close to $4,000 was raised through donations and t-shirt purchases.
All the proceeds will be going to the hospital foundation for cancer care.
The foundation and the organizers would like to thank all 2,200 people who showed up to sing and cheer on the Tragically Hip.
