Huntsville OPP has arrested a 29-year-old in connection to a firearm incident in town.
Police were told on Sunday a man was taken to hospital with injuries from a gun. It was later found that a fight took place in an apartment building on Main Street West which resulted in the man’s non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the Huntsville man faces a number of charges including pointing a firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm, careless use of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon, uttering threats and two other drug possession charges.
Huntsville OPP and the Muskoka Crime Unit are continuing the investigation.
