Property sales are on the rise in Muskoka.
The Lakelands Association of Realtors has noted the slight increase between July 2015 and 2016.
Waterfront property sales jumped 15 per cent from 143 home units to 165.
But, non-waterfront properties jumped substantially from 86 to 126, which is about a 46 per cent hike.
While this was a major push, the association noted that waterfront properties are still the top seller in the region.
The average price on waterfront properties has also gone up about 11 per cent while non-waterfront property prices went up only about 5 per cent.
