Residents advised not to swim at Port Sydney Beach

The Town of Huntsville is warning residents there is a beach advisory in effect for the Port Sydney Beach.
The Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit released the advisory today to warn residents about a possible increase in levels of bacteria in the water.
If you do decide to swim at the beach, you should try to avoid dunking your head underwater or swallowing water.
This bacteria could cause various infections on your face or in your eyes, ears, nose or mouth.
