Bracebridge OPP is investigating a collision of a side by side ATV in Gravenhurst.
The vehicle hit a tree late Saturday afternoon.
The four people inside were not wearing helmets and the two in the back were seriously injured.
Police say you should always wear a helmet when using an ATV of any kind.
