Environment Canada says heavy rainfall is expected this weekend.
Forecasters say showers and thunderstorms are expected to hit the Parry Sound-Muskoka regions Saturday and into Sunday. Rainfall amounts are expected to give locally 20 to 40 millimetres and in some spots, close to 75 millimetres.
This weather is attributed to the unseasonably hot and humid air across the region.
