Bracebridge OPP has charged a 20-year-old man with impaired driving after his vehicle struck a tree in Georgian Bay Township.
Police were called to the collision on South Gibson Lake Road on Saturday afternoon.
The driver and passenger were hurt, but not seriously.
He faces two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
The man will make his first court appearance in Bracebridge on September 27th.
