Bracebridge will join Huntsville in broadcasting the last live concert of the Tragically Hip.
On August 20th, Steve’s Cycle Paths will host the event at Annie Williams Park free of charge.
The organization is asking for any donations that can be made towards the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer.
Stephanie Rayner with Ride to Conquer Cancer says its tragic that Canada will be losing Gord Downie to terminal brain cancer.
Rayner will be joined by the other two organizers of this event to participate in the cycling fundraiser.
Ride to Conquer Cancer sends all donations collected to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
The Bracebridge Lion’s Club will be holding their Steak BBQ from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the park before the show, so you can grab dinner as well.
