Pokémon fever is not letting up and the Town of Gravenhurst is taking full advantage of the latest craze.
On Saturday, town officials will be hosting a Pokémon Go event in the downtown core.
Gravenhurst residents, Muskokans and tourists to the area are invited to stop by from 11:00am to 2:00pm, get a PokéPassport from the Pokébooth in town and head out on your Pokémon adventure.
Business Development Coordinator Jeff Loney says a number of business have signed on to be part of this event.
And there will be no shortage of Pokémon to catch during your tour through downtown as officials are taking advantage of six of the Pokéstops in town by setting up lures on them.
A lure heightens the chance of Pokémon to show up in an area where it is set up.
