The Township of Lake of Bays received great feedback on its Dwight Public Dock extension project.
During the regular council meeting yesterday, staff presented an update from the public meeting held last month.
Out of the 48 people who attended the meeting, 36 supported the project.
Lake of Bays Mayor Bob Young says construction work will begin this fall, instead of the summer season.
Since council chose Greenaway Construction’s bid to take on the project, Young has been vocal about getting the work underway.
