Dwight Public Dock Extension Project Update expected at Council Meeting

The Township of Lake of Bays will hear an update on the extension project of the Dwight Public Dock.

During tomorrow’s regular council meeting, the Planning Department will update council from the public information meeting held last month.

In the presentation, council will also hear how the public felt about the new project.

Earlier this year, the township approved Greenaway Construction’s bid to extend, construct and repair the dock.

There is no word yet on when construction will take place.

The meeting will be held tomorrow morning at 9:00am in Council Chambers.
