Fire crews are currently on scene at a home on Kent Crescent, off of Santa’s Village Road and between Annie Williams Park and Wellington Street.
A home in the new development area has caught fire.
Bracebridge OPP is reporting everyone has been evacuated from the building, and there are no injuries.
There are no other details on the cause of the fire or extent of damages at this point.
