The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation is updating property assessments in Ontario.
Residents in the Muskoka district can expect to receive their updated property assessment notice by July 11th while business properties and farms will be mailed in the fall.
All properties will have a legislated valuation date of January 1, 2016 and these values will be used by all municipalities in the district to calculate property taxes for the 2017-2020 property tax years.
