Girls eight to 18 are invited to the Fast and Female event next month in Huntsville.
On Sunday, July 10th during the Ironman 70.3, Olympic Gold Medalist Jennifer Jones will be at Riverside Park to celebrate girls in sports. There will be fitness stations, yoga, dance and an inspirational chat by the professional athlete.
Organizers are hoping to receive a video message from Huntsville native and Olympic Gold Medalist Dara Howell.
The event kicks-off at 11:00am and will run until 3:00pm.
