An off-duty OPP officer has a court date next month in Huntsville.
On Saturday night, Huntsville OPP was called to a crash on Highway 141 in Utterson. The driver had hit a rock cut. Investigation at the scene led police to charge the 18-year veteran of the OPP with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath sample.
The off-duty officer was not hurt.
