Bracebridge residents seem divided over a recently leaked government document stating incentives would be given out for Ontarians who would upgrade to electric cars.
The Toronto Star recently released details from a document from the Ontario Liberals concerning their Climate Change Action Plan.
While a few residents are concerned about the environment, some don’t feel like the incentive would really benefit them.
MPP Norm Miller recently blasted the liberals over the details on their plan, saying the cap and trade program isn’t going to work for Ontario residents.
The climate change plan is expected to be presented on Wednesday.
