The Muskoka Trails Council is hoping to take a big step forward this year following its AGM.
The council will hold its meeting tonight to discuss building committees to start implementing some of the ideas that have been talked about in the past.
The organization will be looking for interested people to join the council and help start expanding trail infrastructure in the region.
President John Challis says while the ideas to expand have been great, they haven’t had the people to start bringing those plans to life.
If you are interested in joining the council or just finding out more information, you can attend the meeting tonight at 7:00pm in the Pine Room at the District of Muskoka offices.
