The responsibility of a public access point in the Township of Lake of Bays has shifted hands.
On Tuesday morning, the township received a request by the Margaret Lake Cottage Association to assume responsibility for its Public Access Point.
It was approved unanimously by council with an agreement by the association to maintain the safety of the dock and keep the parking lot clear.
