Most Bracebridge residents are excited now that a location has been nailed down for a new arena in town.
On Friday afternoon, Mayor Graydon Smith announced 22 acres of land near Gagnon’s YIG has been donated to build the new arena on.
Moose FM heard a lot of positivity from residents over this location.
While the location has been nailed down, there is still a lot of work ahead for the town to get this arena built.
Currently, there is not timeline on when construction could actually begin.
