Hydro One says there will be a planned outage at the end of this month.
Officials say on Saturday, May 28th, just over 8,000 customers throughout Huntsville will be without power. Crews will be doing maintenance work which involves the power to be shut off.
The outage will last from 7:00am until 11:00am.
Areas affected include Chapman, Croft, Ryerson, Armour, Magnetawan, Strong, Brunel, Perry, Bethune, Chaffey, McMurrich, Kearney, Proudfoot, Stisted, Monteith, Joly, Lauire and Lount.
