Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North has now set dates and locations for two builds happening in Bracebridge and Huntsville.
As part of the initiative to get at least six families into homes in the northern region, the organization is now aiming for 11.
In Huntsville a semi-detached duplex will be constructed on Irene and Walter Street in June.
This is a blitz build according to officials and they are hoping to have the external structure up in three weeks.
In Bracebridge the organization will be building a four-plex at Muskoka Road and Woodchester Avenue.
This will be OGN’s first ever Women’s Build.
This build will kick off in July and officials expect it to be finished by September.
These builds will take in a total of six families between the two towns.
