The Town of Gravenhurst is looking to fill some positions on a few local committees.
Committees for the Terence Haight Fund and Communities in Bloom are in need of new members.
The Terence Haight Financial Assistance Committee is looking for one new member.
You would be helping the rest of the committee review applications received for the fund and make recommendations to council on possible recipients.
The Communities in Bloom Committee needs four new members.
Your role in that committee would include advising council on matters such as beautifying the community, fostering civic pride and protecting and promoting green space.
Anyone interested in either of these committees will need to contact Town Clerk Kayla Thibeault by the end of Thursday, May 12th.
