The Town of Bracebridge is giving back to nature and residentsĀ on Earth Day this week.
Over the week, Bracebridge will once again be participating in Pitch-In Canada.
The town is supporting the program that sees volunteers involved in various action initiatives like recycling and composting, clean-ups and beautification projects.
Bracebridge is also sponsoring community organizations and school groups that will be involved in clean-up projects over the spring.
Finally, you can pick up your own batch of compost for your garden at the Public Works yard near the town office on Friday between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
