Bad weather causing meeting and event cancellations in Muskoka

Heavy snowfall is causing issues for traffic across Muskoka this afternoon.

Environment Canada warns we will see more snowfall continue into tomorrow, with nearly 20 centimeters predicted to fall.

Due to bad road conditions, Moose FM has received reports of some event and meeting cancellations tonight:

  • 844 Norseman Royal Canadian Air Cadets parade at Branch 232 Royal Canadian Legion
  • TV Rotary Bingo at the Bracebridge Legion
  • Strengthening Families Program
  • Grade 7 & 8 volleyball at BMLSS
  • The Magical Land of OZ at Huntsville Public School
  • Robyn’s Yoga Bliss class at the Bracebridge Sportsplex
  • First Bracebridge Cub Scouts
  • Monck Public School Council Meeting (will be rescheduled)

If you have a weather-related cancellation to report you can contact the Moose at 705-645-2218.
