Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement has received a taste of what women are doing to lead the way for small businesses in Muskoka.
On Friday, Clement joined a round table discussion at the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce with women business leaders from the region.
Clement says he was inspired by the discussions during the event, which revolved around the benefits and opportunities of owning a business in Muskoka.
The group was also joined by some local high school students.
Student Elisabeth Edwards says she really got an in-depth perspective into what an employer is looking for when hiring a teenager.
Clement says he looks forward to hosting more of these types of discussions and business networking opportunities in the future in both Parry Sound and Muskoka.
