A local robot competition is happening in Bracebridge this month. On May 16th at the Bracebridge Sportsplex, elementary schools across Trillium Lakelands District School Board will compete in Robofair. Students will be given kits to design, build and program robots, which will then have to fulfill a desired task. Each team will participate in three rounds of matches and the teams with the most points will advance to the finals. There are twenty schools competing with over 100 students participating.
