Over 3,000 Customers Without Power North of Huntsville

Hydro officials say 3,441 customers are without power north of Huntsville.

Crews with Hydro One and Lakeland Power say they are currently investigating the reason for the outage.

Lakeland Power customers in Burk’s Falls, Sundridge, and Magnetawan are without power because of the loss of supply from Hydro One.

Hydro One says the power went out to homes in the townships of Joly, Chapman, Croft, Laurier, Ryerson, Armour, Magnetawan, Strong, and Lount just after noon today.

All customers are expected to be restored by 4:15pm.
