The Township of Lake of Bays has made a deadline to accept proposals for the Dwight Public Dock extension.
Officials say they will be accepting sealed proposals until 4:00pm on Friday, March 18th at the municipal office in Dwight. This announcement comes after council turned down two out-of-town offers that were too expensive for the township.
Lake of Bays Mayor Bob Young extended the acceptance period and is hoping to gather more proposals from local contractors.
