Huntsville’s International Film Festival has been cancelled. Film North made the announcement yesterday because of recent health issues to the CEO and Founder Lucy Wing. Wing says she had been battling health problems since last year’s Film North.

Wing says she is so grateful for the support Film North’s has had over the past four years.

Wing says she especially wants to thank the community for coming back every year. This year’s festival would have run from September 18th to September 20th. She says she hopes to renew Film North in the near future.
