The Town of Bracebridge is still calling for high water levels throughout our watersheds. As of yesterday, localized flooding is happening in some flood-prone areas causing for some road closures. The Town is asking drivers to pay attention to road signs. Some of our roads are washed out and may not be visible to drivers.
The Emergency Control Group will meet again this morning to review current conditions. We will give you another update later today. In the meantime, go to the town’s website www.bracebridge.ca to get updates on road closures. The flood warning continues.
