A bail hearing has been held for three men charged in an assault at a Huntsville home.
The judge decided to release two of the three men on a $15,000 bail each. They will both appear in court next week.
The third will remain in custody and is expected to have his second hearing on Friday.
Early yesterday morning police, along with the canine unit, searched an area on Mary Street for further evidence.
The assault happened early Sunday morning as two men were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
