A Burks Falls man faces impaired charges after police found his vehicle in the ditch.
Almaguin Highlands OPP says they were patrolling around the Leggett and Chetwynd Road in Burks Falls when they found the vehicle in the ditch. The 53-year-old driver was arrested with drinking and driving and was taken into custody.
He has been released from jail and will appear in court next month.
