The Friends of the Muskoka Watershed receives help from new communication specialist

The Friends of the Muskoka Watershed have a new communications specialist. Lyndsie McGregor has joined the group thanks to FedNor funding. She’ll
be with the organization over the next year helping the board of directors with administration, marketing and increasing membership. A recent grad of Fleming College’s environmental visual communication program, McGregor will help the Friends, who are set to release the fourth Muskoka Watershed Report Card this year. They’ll also be hosting the third Muskoka Summit on the Environment in 2014. Wildlife artist Robert Bateman will be the keynote speaker.
