Following high winds in the region there are numerous power outages reported in Muskoka.
Major outages are in Bracebridge and Burk’s Falls, with over two thousand residents estimated without power in Bracebridge and nearly four thousand in and around the Burks Falls area.
There are also scattered outages reported in Huntsville, Rosseau, Muskoka Lakes and Port Severn.
Most of these outages are estimated to be fixed around 1:45p.m. this afternoon.
