Police have charged a 31-year-old on impaired driving charges after being seen driving his ATV up a trailer on the side of a Highway.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP says they found the man driving the ATV towards his trailer on the side of Highway 12 in Tay Township after it fell off on Sunday night. After investigation, police charged the man from Tay Township with impaired driving and having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system.
He is expected in court next week to answer to his charges.
