A court date has been set in December for a North Bay man after his car went into the ditch on Highway 11 near Sundridge.
Almaguin Highlands OPP says the 26-year-old driver found in the ditch at the Mountainview exit on Saturday evening. He was charged with impaired driving and having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system.
He was released from prison and will appear in a Sundridge court on December 10th.
